Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we do! For same-day delivery, just place your order before our daily cut-off time of 1pm.

Can I request a specific delivery time for my floral arrangement?

I have two rounds of delivery - 11AM and 3PM rounds. I will strive to accommodate your delivery as close to your preferred delivery time and do my best to make it happen. I will always text you updates of delivery as well.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Absolutely! I deliver Monday through to Saturday, ensuring that you can brighten someone's day any day of the week. Sundays are for our flowers to rest and bloom for the upcoming week!

What areas do you cover for home deliveries?

I deliver throughout the Mornington Peninsula and along Nepean Highway up to Seaford, including Frankston. If you're unsure, feel free to give me a call or check our website for our delivery zones and costs.

Is there a delivery fee, and how much is it?

Our delivery fee varies depending on the delivery location within our service area. You can find the exact cost during the checkout process or see our Delivery page, and rest assured, it's a small investment for a big smile.

What if the recipient is not at home during the delivery?

No worries! If the recipient isn't available, I will leave the flowers in a safe spot, take a picture of it and inform the recipient as well as you about the delivery. I want to make sure the surprise reaches its destination.

Do you deliver to Hospitals and Aged care facilities?

I developed the ECO Vase system especially to deliver to all hospitals and aged care facilities in my area. This no-mess, no-fuss arrangement is perfectly suited for this. Do note that you cannot send flowers to any ICU or high-care facility. When in doubt, give the hospital a ring before you order flowers.

Do I get a picture of my flower order?

Yes, you will always get a picture of your flowers before they are delivered. This is your chance to ask for small changes and to check the quality for yourself.

Please note: Courtesy reply time is 20 minutes, after which your order will be delivered as approved.

Can I speak directly with a florist to discuss specific details for a custom order?

Always! I am a one-man operation, so it will be me, Zak, who answers the phone every time you ring or send an email.

Can I customize my floral arrangement for a special occasion or preference?

Absolutely! That is what my business is all about as I love adding a personal touch to every delivery. To get the most from your order, give me a call to discuss your flowers or simply share your preferences or any specific occasion details when placing your order, and I will create a unique arrangement just for you.

Can I include a personalized message with my floral arrangement?

Of course! I encourage you to add a personal message. When placing your order, you'll have the option to include a heartfelt message that I will print on a complimentary card, seal it with a golden seal for privacy and securely attach it to your beautiful flowers.

How do you ensure the freshness and quality of your flowers for home deliveries?

I buy in person, and local growers source flowers daily, ensuring the highest quality and freshness. Each bloom gets quality checked before crafting your arrangement to guarantee a vibrant and long-lasting bouquet. I personally put my name and reputation to every bunch of flowers I deliver.

What happens if the recipient is allergic to certain flowers?

Your loved one's well-being is crucial to us. If you're aware of any allergies, please inform me when placing the order, and I will ensure the arrangement is curated with allergy-friendly blooms.

How do you handle last-minute changes or cancellations to my order?

I understand circumstances can change. Contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Flexibility and understanding are part of my commitment to excellent customer service, but once flowers were delivered no changes or cancellations are possible.

What if I'm not satisfied with the quality of my delivered flowers?

Your satisfaction is my priority. Flowers are fragile and a natural product meaning they can fail. If you're not happy with your arrangement, please contact me within 24 hours, and I will gladly replace it or provide a refund. I stand by the quality of my work!

How do you handle flowers with special care requirements like orchids?

Flowers with unique care needs are treated with extra attention. I do my deliveries and my vehicle is customised to handle a variety of floral types, ensuring that each delicate bloom is nurtured and delivered in optimal condition.

What steps do you take to minimize the environmental impact of your floral deliveries?

Be assured that you are not causing damage to our environment as best floristry practices are implemented to look after our environment by eliminating plastics, using environmentally friendly packaging, using all wastewater in the garden and composting our green waste.
