eh! Rose by Underground Winemakers

• eh! Rose, with its cheeky name and cheeky nature, has been made by Underground winemakers since 2005.
• The blush colour reminds you of days in the sun, good friends and lots of laughter.
• This blended rose stands up to strong whites and bows down to full-bodied Shiraz, but it is a delight to enjoy on its own. 

Local wine made in Mornington from vineyards in Mt Eliza.

• Underground Winemakers commenced operations in 2005 when three wine and vineyard professionals found themselves surplus to their employer's requirements.
• Fortune gave us the lease of an established Mt Eliza winery and vineyard with some of the oldest plantings on the Mornington Peninsula.  Our vision is to create vibrant wines true to the style and expressive variety the Monington vineyards offer.
• Our peninsula vineyards provide pinot noir, grigio, gris and chardonnay.  Durif is from Northern Victoria.  People often tell us nice things about our Sparkling Cuve and Moscato.
• We also make a range of wines, including Grigio and Shiraz, available only at our Mt Eliza winery.
• Since 2008 we have been producing wines for San Pietro.
